مقایسۀ برچسب‌گذاری انرژی ساختمان‌های مسکونی بر اساس دو روش متفاوت در ارزیابی عملکرد حرارتی

چکیده

برچسب­گذاری انرژی ساختمان­ها سیاستی کاربردی برای ترغیب جامعه به استفاده از ساختمان­های بهینه و کاهش مصرف انرژی سالانه در بخش ابنیه است، که عموماً بر اساس ارزیابی عملکرد حرارتی سالانۀ ساختمان محاسبه می­شود. روش برچسب­گذاری انرژی در ایران با روش­های معرفی­شده در استانداردهای بین­المللی متفاوت است. هدف در این مقاله مقایسۀ روش مورد استفاده در ایران با روش متداول بین­المللی است. به این منظور عملکرد حرارتی 184 نمونۀ مسکونی، به دو روش مدل­سازی و محاسباتی، برای اقلیم معتدل و مرطوب شهر بابلسر انجام شده است. مدل­سازی با استفاده از نرم­افزار انرژی پلاس برای پیش­بینی مصرف انرژی سالانه و محاسباتی بر اساس روش کارکردی اعلام­شده در «مقررات ملی مبحث 19» برای محاسبۀ ضریب انتقال حرارت طرح ساختمان انجام شده است. برچسب­گذاری ابتدا بر اساس پیش­بینی مصرف انرژی سالانه و سپس بر اساس نسبت ضریب انتقال حرارت طرح به ضریب انتقال حرارت مرجع انجام شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که همبستگی بین دو شاخص ارزیابی برچسب­گذاری ضعیف (0.2) و در 40% نمونه­ها نتیجه برچسب­گذاری در دو سیستم متفاوت بودند. بنابراین بازنگری در روش کنونی برای بهسازی ابنیه در ایران ضروری است. در انتها سیستمی تلفیقی برای برچسب­گذاری انرژی ساختمان­های مسکونی در ایران پیشنهاد شده است.
